Who We Are
Two Friends, One Obsession
BeerShack is built by co-founders Ed Koren and Louis De Bourbon. We're not a company — we're two Ontario homebrewers who got serious about crafting award-winning beer and never looked back. Between us, we've brewed more batches than we can count and brought home more hardware than fits on the shelf.

Black Creek & Beyond
Our roots go deep — from Ed's years as Brewmaster at Black Creek Historic Brewery, crafting beer with 1860s methods and no electricity, to Lou's award-winning competition entries that have earned BeerShack a name nobody in Canadian homebrewing can ignore.
